Roadmaster Comfort Ride Shock Absorbers Installation - 2014 Jayco Pinnacle Fifth Wheel- Video
Hey guys, Kevin here with the etrailer, and today we gonna be showing you how to install the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Shock Absorbers for tandem axle trailers, here on a 2014 Jayco Pinnacle Fifth Wheel Trailer. These heavy duty gas shocks are filled with nitrogen and what that's gonna do is help eliminate your trailers bouncing, chucking and porpoising. So when you're going over those bumpy roads you're seeing your wheels kind of flop up and down, you're getting a whole lot of vibration all the way up through your truck, and it kinda throw off your handling while you're towing as well. So it can be kind of an issue safety-wise, it's gonna help eliminate some of that and then also limit the amount of motion your trailer can go because the compression is only gonna go so far in and then so far out with the shocks. And what that's gonna do is help all that side to side movement, your up and down movement and then also your front to back movement, so that you're not getting all of that motion traveling through your trailer and then up into the tow vehicle.
